Extra

  • Overnight stays in the cabin on property; additional $250 per night or $400 for two nights.
  • 1957 Chevrolet pick-up truck for bridal procession; additional $250.
  • Rehearsal dinner on the property; additional $350.
  • Floor length white table linens rental; additional $15 per linen.

We can share our preferred vendors list and help you to locate any vendors you may need, we do not have on-site catering.

Alcohol is allowed at the venue, you must provide a licensed and insured bartender (preapproved by manager).

A $1000 deposit is due at time of contract signing. $500 is a non-refundable deposit, $500 security deposit will be refunded after event as long as there are no damages to the venue or property.
